Patrick has a Building Contractor’s License and is a Licensed Carpenter and Licensed Builder. His ULTRABUILD team includes an experienced Chartered Structural engineer.

As a fully licensed and insured building contractor Patrick leads the esteemed ULTRABUILD team with a multidisciplinary approach. The team boasts a skilled civil engineer and seasoned tradespeople, ensuring comprehensive expertise in all our construction projects.
